Massac Beeswax

Cardinal in tree

Sure – you can easily identify this cardinal – but would you like to know more about the birds you are likely to see in your own backyard?

Saturday, January 30

1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Cache River Wetlands Center, on Hwy 37 between Karnak & Cypress
Master Naturalist Anne Parmley will help you identify the birds you might see in your backyard this winter.  She will also provide details about participating in the 19th annual “Great Backyard Bird Count,” to be held February 12-15.

This event is free and open to the public.  It is also a good time to stroll through the visitor center and view exhibits at the Wetland Center.  For more information on this program, call 618-657-2064.
